A 17-year-old girl was critically injured in a shooting Sunday night on Chicago’s West Side.
Police responded to the 1800 block of North Latrobe just before 9:40 a.m. and found the teen suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. She was in a vehicle when a male shooter fired at her and then fled the scene.
The girl was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition. No arrests have been made, and police are asking anyone with information to submit an anonymous tip at cpdtip.com.
