Lexington masseuse charged with sexual abuse after alleged incident during massage

A massage therapist in Lexington has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse following an alleged incident involving a customer.

Suspect identified in Fayette County case

Authorities identified the suspect as Caleb Howard, 25, of Frenchburg.

According to court records, Howard was employed at Massage Envy on Bryant Road in the Hamburg area at the time of the incident.

Allegations during massage session

Police say the alleged abuse occurred Saturday while Howard was providing a massage to a woman. During the session, he allegedly engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior.

Court documents state that after being confronted, Howard fled the room. A spa manager then assisted the customer.

Admission and arrest

Investigators later spoke with Howard, who allegedly admitted to the conduct. He was taken into custody and booked into the Fayette County Detention Center.

Court proceedings underway

Howard is being held on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment in Fayette District Court.
