A fatal two-vehicle crash in Wolfe County left one man dead and two others injured Saturday afternoon, according to authorities.
What Happened
The crash occurred around 4 p.m. on March 21 near the 2400 block of KY 191, the Kentucky State Police said.
Investigators believe a 2003 Ford Explorer, driven by Michael Brand, 49, crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 1998 Chevrolet S-10 pickup.
The pickup was driven by Troy L. Perry, 51, of Campton.
Casualties and Injuries
- Perry was pronounced dead at the scene
- Brand was transported to UK HealthCare for treatment
- Passenger Veranda Brand, 18, was taken to Clark Regional Medical Center
Officials have not released details about the extent of the injuries.

Authorities said the crash is still under investigation and is being reconstructed to determine the exact cause.
