An 18-year-old content creator has filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County accusing social media influencer Braden Peters—known online as “Clavicular”—of serious misconduct, including battery, fraud, and emotional harm.
According to the complaint, the influencer allegedly injected the teen with an unapproved substance during a livestream without her consent and later used her image for financial gain. The lawsuit seeks at least $50,000 in damages.
Peters, 20, is widely known for promoting the controversial “looksmaxxing” trend, which encourages extreme methods to enhance physical appearance. He has previously discussed using substances to suppress appetite and maintain his physique.
The plaintiff, Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, claims the incident occurred in 2025 when she was still a minor. She alleges that during a livestream, Peters injected her face with Aqualyx, a fat-dissolving compound not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. She further claims she was not informed or did not consent to the procedure and appeared disoriented during the broadcast.
The lawsuit also includes allegations of nonconsensual sexual encounters at a residence in Cape Cod while she was under the influence. In addition, Mendoza accuses Peters of exploiting her likeness by promoting her as a key figure in the “looksmaxxing” movement, only to later damage her reputation and cost her potential sponsorship opportunities.
Peters has publicly denied wrongdoing, posting on social media that he is being targeted for financial gain. His legal team has not yet issued an official response to the lawsuit.
The case adds to a series of recent controversies involving Peters. He was previously arrested in connection with a separate battery investigation and has also been hospitalized following a suspected overdose in Miami.
Authorities have not yet commented on the new allegations, and the case remains under legal review.
