A 17-year-old boy died after a shooting Saturday afternoon in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood.
Chicago police reported that the teen was inside a bedroom of a home in the 1900 block of N. St. Louis Ave. shortly before 1:30 p.m. when an unknown offender shot him in the head.
The boy was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
No one is currently in custody. Area Five Detectives are continuing to investigate.
