A 28-year-old man was found dead early Monday morning on the West Side of Chicago.
According to the Chicago Police Department, officers responded just after 2:05 a.m. to the 5500 block of West Flournoy Street.
Police said the man was discovered unresponsive in the street. He was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities have ruled the incident a homicide. No additional details were immediately available as detectives continue their investigation.
