A Los Angeles hospital is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man who has been receiving care for several weeks after being found unconscious in the city.
According to Dignity Health, the male patient is believed to be between 25 and 35 years old. He was discovered injured near Wilshire Boulevard and Witmer Street in the Westlake neighborhood and has remained hospitalized since Dec. 29, 2025.
Hospital officials described the man as Asian or Hispanic, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He reportedly has no visible tattoos or distinguishing scars.
Staff members said the patient did not have any personal belongings that could help identify him or contact family members. Details regarding his medical condition or the nature of his injuries have not been released.
