A woman is facing charges after she allegedly stabbed a 16-year-old girl and two other people on the West Side last month.
Chicago police officers and U.S. Marshals arrested 20-year-old Keerica Chandler on Tuesday in the 1800 block of West Monroe.
Authorities accuse Chandler of stabbing three individuals in the 800 block of South Kilbourn Avenue on Jan. 29.
Paramedics rushed the 16-year-old girl to the hospital in critical condition. A 43-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man suffered injuries but received treatment and were released at the scene.
Officials scheduled Chandler’s detention hearing for Wednesday.
