After enjoying a week of warmer, spring-like conditions, colder temperatures have returned to the region, bringing snowfall along with them.

Due to the snow, several counties have announced school closures and delays for Monday.

The following counties confirmed schools will be closed on Monday, Feb. 23 (as of 9:10 p.m. Sunday):
