A 31-year-old man has died following a single-vehicle crash Saturday night on Interstate 75 in Madison County.
According to the Madison County coroner, the crash occurred around 9:30 p.m. near mile marker 91 on the northbound side of I-75.
The victim has been identified as Jafar Shakur Gresham of Detroit, Michigan. Authorities say his vehicle veered off the right side of the interstate and struck a tree line due to icy road conditions.
A second occupant in the vehicle was injured and transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center for treatment.
