The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who has been reported missing for more than a month.
Deputies said Brandi Nicole Dotson, 27, also known as Brandi Nichara, was last seen in December. A friend reported seeing her in the Big Chimney area, while another said she was spotted at a 7-Eleven on Roxalana Road in Dunbar.
Authorities describe Dotson as 5 feet, 2 inches tall and approximately 100 pounds, with brown curly hair that is sometimes tinted red. She also has what deputies described as homemade-style tattoos on her legs.
Investigators said Dotson is homeless and may struggle with substance abuse. Due to the circumstances surrounding her disappearance, deputies believe she could be in danger.
