A construction worker was killed early Monday after falling from an overpass in Miami, authorities said.
Fatal Fall on Biscayne Boulevard
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the incident occurred just before 4 a.m. on Interstate 395.
Officials said the worker, identified only as an adult male, fell approximately 20 feet from the overpass and landed on Biscayne Boulevard below.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigation Underway
Authorities have not yet released further details about how the fall occurred.
The case remains under investigation and may involve the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
