A disturbing incident at a local park over the holidays led to the arrest of a 61-year-old Seminole man. Detectives with the Crimes Against Children Unit took Mark Prutsman into custody on Monday, charging him with two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition.
The investigation began after a call on December 24, 2025. Deputies responded to Blossom Lake Park shortly after 3:30 p.m. following reports of suspicious activity near the basketball courts.
According to investigators, two juvenile boys noticed Prutsman sitting on a nearby bench watching pornography and reportedly having his hands inside his pants. Because the children did not have a phone, they approached another adult at the park to call 911.
During questioning, Prutsman admitted to watching “adult material” and “porn” but denied touching himself at the time.
Following the investigation, Prutsman was arrested on Monday, January 5, 2026, and transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
