Three people, including two firefighters, were injured in a house fire Monday night on Chicago’s Near Northwest Side.
Fire crews responded to the 800 block of North May Street shortly after 9 p.m., arriving to flames visible from the roof. The fire was brought under control in about an hour.
All three injured individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries, including the two firefighters.
No further details about the cause of the fire or the condition of other occupants have been released.
