A Pennsylvania school district employee wanted on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a minor is now in custody, the United States Marshals Service announced Thursday.
Authorities identified the suspect as 43-year-old Michael Robinson.
“Crimes against children are some of the most serious warrants our task force investigates,” Robert Clark, supervisory deputy U.S. marshal for the Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force, said in a statement. “Mr. Robinson’s arrest demonstrates sexual predators will always be pursued relentlessly by the Marshals Service,” Clark added.
According to officials, Robinson was wanted by the Tyler Police Department in Texas on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 15.
Investigators allege Robinson traveled to Tyler in August 2024 after meeting a juvenile online. Authorities said the child was sexually assaulted over the course of a weekend.
In December 2025, the Smith County District Attorney’s Office secured an indictment against Robinson, and the arrest warrant was assigned to the U.S. Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force.
During the investigation, authorities learned Robinson was employed as a paraprofessional at Radnor Township Middle School.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force, working with Radnor Township Police, arrested Robinson in Radnor.
